INTAKE
This 60-90 minute appointment gives you an opportunity to meet your provider and discuss:
1. Informed consent
2. Historical/background data
3. Treatment goals
4. Treatment frequency/pace.

TREATMENT
Your treatment consists of 45-60 minute therapy sessions using evidenced-based interventions to target your goals. Your provider collaboratively evaluates your progress to ensure that you are meeting your mental health needs.
