Brianna I. Lambert, PsyD
Postdoctoral Fellow
Dr. Lambert brings a compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive approach to therapy and testing. She cultivates a space to be yourself and release the pressure to have it all figured out. Whether you are seeking healing, insight, or clarity, Dr. Lambert is here to help you untangle the mental knots.
Dr. Lambert holds a PsyD in Clinical Psychology, Master's degrees in Clinical and General Psychology, and a Bachelor's in Psychology. Her advanced clinical experience spans college counseling, community mental health, crisis intervention, private practice, and outreach workshops. Dr. Lambert's research interests and dissertation lie at the intersection of race, gender, and health, with a particular focus on peripartum anxiety in Black women.
As a non-traditional, first-generation college graduate, Afro-Latina, Dr. Lambert is passionate about empowering underserved communities; she believes in the transformative power of collective support to foster resilience and healing. The African philosophy of Ubuntu - "I am because we are"- guides Dr. Lambert's therapeutic orientation and personal and professional creed.
Dr. Lambert's services are under the guidance and supervision of Dr. Josephine Almanzar.
